Working Principle

Through the high speed of the dispersing disc, the material presented as annular flow results in a strong vortex, which is spiraling downward to the bottom of the vortex. Strong shear collision and friction between particles achieves the function of rapid dispersion, dissolving, mixing and emulsifying. Through the hydraulic pump driving hydraulic plunger lift, it drives the mechanism, working group, airtight cover lifting. In the working state, the end and the cylinder can be absolutely closed, matching the vacuum system to achieve the vacuum dispersion effect..
