Working Principle

The dispersing disc is running at high speed so that the material is in a circular flow, resulting in a strong vortex, which is spiraling downward to the bottom of the vortex. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between particles to achieve rapid dispersion and dissolution. The PTFE wall scraper rotates to fit the barrel wall and scrapes the barrel wall, solving the problem of wall hanging of materials and speeding up the circulation of materials. The hydraulic plunger is driven up and down by the hydraulic pump, driving the whole transmission mechanism and working group up and down.
