The high shear dispersion emulsification machine narrows the particle size of liquid, solid and liquid materials by means of external mechanical force, so that one phase is evenly distributed to another or multiple phases, achieving fine, homogeneous and dispersed emulsification effect, thus forming a stable emulsion state. The emulsification machine is a gap type production. Its working head adopts a new two-way material suction structure, which is divided into three installation positions, namely, top, side and bottom. It can be combined with different agitators, such as dispersion and mixing, to achieve the function of one machine with multiple uses.

Working Principle

The main working parts are composed of stator and rotor.
