The production process of pesticides is divided into the following parts: batching, dispersion, grinding, stirring, filtering and filling:

Batching: Liquid ingredients adopt pumps and flow-meters. Weighing system and gas conveying are used in powder ingredients. The auxiliary ingredients adopt weighing measurement and gravity.

Dispersion: The powder is dispersed into liquid quickly and evenly through high speed dispersing machine and high shear emulsifier, which forms the product with a certain degree of fineness.

Grinding: According to the product requirements (fineness), we will choose different accessories. The common forms include basket grinder and horizontal sand mill.

Stirring: It adds some auxiliaries and stirs well. It can be used in finished product storage, preventing material opportunity and layering.

Filtering: Finished product will be filtered by bag filter or self-cleaning filter.

Filling: Filling the filtered finished product, and filling specifications are usually 1-5kg and 10-25kg. Semi-automatic or full-automatic filling machine can be selected.
