Our products include nitrocellulose lacquer, polyurethane paint, enamel paint, varnish, anti-corrosive paint, gloss finish, epoxy paint, etc. Oily coating equipment adopts automatic material feeding system, measuring system, dispersion system, grinding system, paint system, discharge and filtration system, filling system, automation control system, operation platform and paste production parts. It is a fully automated production process, which has high efficiency and adopts international advanced disperse grinding system. The product has good fineness and stable quality.
The production process of Water-based paint is divided into the following parts: batching, dispersion, grinding, paint mixing, filtering and filling.
Batching: Liquid ingredients adopt pumps and flow-meters. Weighing system and gas conveying are used in powder ingredients. The auxiliary ingredients adopt weighing measurement and gravity.
Dispersion: The first process of pulping is to disperse the powder material into the liquid rapidly and evenly through the high-speed dispersing machine, forming the white pulp with no agglomeration and uniform mixing.
Grinding: The secondary process of pulping is to grind the white pulp to the desired fineness by German technology superfine grinder.
Paint mixing: The process of adding emulsion, color paste and additives to the prepared slurry to evenly mix through single shaft or multi-function paint mixing vessel.
Filtering: Finished product will be filtered by bag filter or self-cleaning filter.
Filling: Filling the filtered finished product, and filling specifications are usually 10-25kg. Semi-automatic or full-automatic filling machine can be selected.

Grinding: We choose the international advanced grinding technology. The horizontal sand mill is mainly used in the production line. The basket mill is mainly used in the color slurry production.
Paint mixing: According to different painting processes and material properties (viscosity, specific gravity, etc.), there are many types and specifications of mixers available, including vacuum, explosion-proof, single shaft, double shaft, triple shaft, etc.
Filtering: Finished product will be filtered by bag filter or self-cleaning filter.
Filling: Filling the filtered finished product, and filling specifications are usually 1-5kg and 10-25kg. Semi-automatic or full-automatic filling machine can be selected.
