The blending system of lubricating oil production line mainly includes basic oil storage tanks, different additive storage tanks, feed pump pipes, mixing tanks, steam boilers, process control systems, filling machines, inspection and testing systems, filters and other equipment. The basic oil and additives are processed in the mixing tank, and different oil products are produced according to the different basic oil and additives. The main process of lubricating oil blending equipment is blending, and the metering process of additives. From metering process design to weighing control, of course, there are some control devices, including weighing modules, instruments and terminal PLC systems. There is also a matching air compressor in the system, which is used to control the switch of the pneumatic valve body and cooperate with the completion of the metering process.
