Working Principle

When materials are imported from the import, the qualified materials are filtered through a metal wedge filter with a large filtration area. The pump sends the material to  the next step for product filling. The scraper equipped on the agitator rotates on the surface of the screen and scrapes off the impurity. The impurities follow the descending liquid into the screw cavity. In the slag removal system, the screw is rotated to extrude dry slag (the extruded slag is continuous solid), and the filtered filtrate is incorporated into the feed inlet through the pump. Then it will realize circulating filtration.
