The liquid filling machine is used for automatic quantitative filling of 5L~30L drums by accurately packing a large amount of bulk liquid materials into various containers, iron drums or plastic drums by weight. Working Principle

1. Fully automatic barrel sorting and picking equipment is adopted to accelerate the conveying speed.

2. The automatic filling device is equipped with an automatic metering device, which will directly fill the materials into the delivered packaging barrel through the quantity set by the filling nozzle according to the preset standard. The whole process is accurate and fast, which will not cause waste of materials and environmental pollution. After the barrel is loaded, it will be transmitted to the next link through the power rail.

3. Automatic cover management, upper cover and sealing one by one. The filled barrels are accurately sent to the automatic capping machine. The capping machine absorbs one end each time through the manipulator and places it on the filled barrels accurately. The automatic capping machine immediately cooperates with the action to squeeze the end accurately and seal the filled barrels.

4. Automatic stacking, placing pallets. The filling drum packaged by sealing is passed to the automatic stacker. The automatic stacker, through the professional manipulator, accurately absorbs and places the filled container into the set tray. When the number of paint buckets in the tray reaches the specified number, the manipulator will automatically transport the pallet to the designated position.
