1. One year warranty and our company provides technical support for free outside the warranty period;

2. The service hotline is open all day long, answered by professional engineers, and replied within one hour after receiving customer feedback;

3. If the on-site solution is needed, we will arrange professional technical service personnel. We promise that if the problem does not resolve, the service personnel will not leave;

4. We will visit customers regularly every six months to ensure the normal operation of customer equipment;

5. During the warranty period, provide free recall and repair services (except for force majeure damage and man-made damage), and charge material cost outside the warranty period;

6. We have strong equipment accessories library. All parts which are on the equipment you have bought can be bought on the market or our company within 10 years, and the price we provided is the cost price;

7.
